While you're focused on the recipe and the schedule, CureFlow keeps an eye on a few numbers that are easy to get wrong by hand — salt and cure-salt percentages, how long a batch sat in a temperature range, that kind of thing — and gives you a heads-up if something looks off.

Salt %, cure-salt %, and additive levels calculated from your ingredient list, scaled automatically if you resize the batch.
Time & temperature flags
A heads-up if a batch spends longer than expected in a temperature range worth paying attention to during cooking or cooling.
Mold, logged clearly
White or gray bloom logged as expected; unusual colors flagged so you notice, rather than assume.
